	Our Staff
	The staff at Summerlin Community Baptist Church has spent many years committed to Christian service. Our staff enjoys serving our community, whether in sharing our faith or just lending a helping hand.

		David Fee (Senior Pastor) God called Pastor Dave and his wife Gayle to Las Vegas in 2006. Pastor Dave did not grow up in church. For many years, he was so busy trying to find fulfillment in all the wrong places that he didn’t even see his need to go to church or have a relationship with God. In 1988, that all changed when God showed Dave that he was created to be in a relationship with God and that Jesus died for his sins. Knowing that he was a sinner in need of forgiveness and grace, he surrendered his life to Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. Shortly after becoming a Christian, God called him to participate in a mission trip in Austria. During that mission trip in 1988, God began to call Dave to pastoral ministry. Since answering that call in 1989, Pastor Dave has been involved in ministry as an Associate Pastor, church Planter and Senior Pastor. He holds a Master of Divinity in Theology from the Southern Seminary and is currently a Doctor of Ministry candidate at the Southern Seminary. David anf Gayle met serving the Lord in ministry and have been married since 1991. They have one son, Zachary who is two years old. Pastor Dave’s favorite authors are Martin Lloyd Jones, John Piper, John MacArthur and Charles Spurgeon. His favorite coffee shop is Starbucks and favorite vacation spots are Europe Gayle Fee (Director of Ministries to Women) Gayle has been a Bible teacher and women’s ministries leader for over 20 years. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Finance, a Bachelor of Biblical Studies from Calvary Chapel Bible College, a Master of Divinity degree from Southern Seminary is completing her Doctorate from Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. Gayle’s favorite role is wife and mom. She teaches HS Bible at Calvary Chapel Christian School and in her spare time enjoys writing Bible studies and speaking for Ladies events. Favorite authors are Jonathan Edwards, John Piper, & Martyn Lloyd Jones.


	Tony Tharp (Associate Pastor) Pastor Tony has been involved in ministry since an early age. He grew up with Evangelist/Missionary parents, ministering in Word and music all over the U.S. and Great Britain. When not traveling he and his family were based just outside Atlanta, Georgia.He moved to Las Vegas in 1995 where he met the love of his life, Dalene. Together they have raised 4 children and 4 dogs. Pastor Tony received his Master of Theology degree from Southern Bible Institute and Seminary in 2002 and was ordained in 2008.He currently leads worship, teaches the Adult Sunday School class, and preaches. Pastor Tony is also a H.O.P.E. Chaplain and visits patients in the hospital.He plays a number if musical instruments: Guitar, drums, tenor sax, keyboard, and bass. And he is an avid Atlanta Braves fan.
			Gini Stiles (Missions Coordinator) A ‘South Jersey’ native, who transplanted to Nevada over 40 years ago, I was blessed to have Christian parents who sent me to a Christian elementary school and a Christian college (BA in Elementary Ed). Accepted Jesus as my personal Savior at the tender age of 6 years old. Have traveled to several countries, but the best trips were to the Arabian Peninsula, “Salaam aleykum!” (peace to you)! “Inshallah” is a phrase one hears frequently over there – it means God willing. I pray that God will allow me to continue to challenge others as well as myself to keep serving Him and to *Pray Give * Go,** Inshallah!
