At Summerlin, parents are encouraged to have their children with them as much as possible during the worship service so that they can worship the Lord together as a family. Summerlin does offer a nursery for children under four years old and offers a children’s church for 4-7 year olds during the sermon. Families are welcome to keep their children with them for the entire worship service or have their children participate in a children’s Sunday school message using Generations of Grace curriculum during the sermon.
We also offer AWANA for ages 3 years old through 6th grade on Sunday evenings at 4:00 pm. AWANA is a Bible-centered outreach and discipleship cildren’s ministry based on 2 Tim. 2:15. “Approved Workers Are Not Ashamed.”
